Skilled Nursing refers to a band of medical services dedicated to helping patients with complex levels of medical needs. Skilled nursing can be availed only upon the authorized recommendation of the patient’s physician. These services are available to:
- Stroke victims
- Individuals undergoing outpatient recovery
- Individuals with chronic illnesses such as diabetes
- Individuals in need of Dementia/ Alzheimer’s Care
- Patients needing Out-of-Hospital recovery
- Acute illness or exacerbation of illness
Our registered nurses will be deployed to your home to administer the care needed. RNs will be the ones to collaborate with your loved one’s physician to decide on the direction of care. They are also responsible for other supervisory services, including the guidance of designated home health aides, who make sure all necessary services are carried out according to the plan of care.
